It's quiet, a lot of college students but every keeps to themselves for the most part. Maintenance came to tighten my shower head the same day. I was really pleased with that. My neighbor asked me the other day could I hear his musice and I told him no. I can't hear my neighbors from where I am but I can hear the traffice from the main street through my front door.

It feels like home! It's very convenient b/c it's close to everything. The services are always timely & efficient, & the neighborhood is safe.

I am from Ohio and moved up here for work. While back home, and when I was looking for apartments. I came across the overlook complex. I seen the rates were fair and the area was beautiful from the images online. Then when I got here, it was better in person. The people at the office are friendly and caring. But they are also about business. Great place to live

I have lived at overlook for over three years and i love the staff and my apartment .The maintence workers are quick to respone to any problem and the make sure you are happy with the job they have done,The staff is very freindly and will lend a helping hand,its safe and well lighted..

I have been her about two to three years, I love the location convenient to everything. I have nver had any problems with anything, the leasing agents are friendly and if you talk to them they are always willing to lend a helping hand. I wish they offered washer and dryers in the one bedrooms, but I'm really thinking about moving up to a two bedroom.
